Verify an Alcohol Daddy® Card
Verifying an official Alcohol Daddy® Alcohol Awareness card is quick and easy! Enter the Full Name and Certification ID number below exactly as it appears on the card, then press the Tab button for the dates to populate.
The Issue Date and Expiration Date will populate automatically after you press Tab.
To verify a new card, simply re-enter the Full Name and Certification ID number and then press Tab again.
