Position Purpose: Success of daily dining room operations ensuring the quality, service standards and expectations of senior management from start to finish. A team oriented position that works closely to assist and support the Restaurant Manager with guest service standards and guest satisfaction by following and implementing systems, policies and procedures that will ensure a successful flow in the dining room.

You are a representative and extension of our standards and beliefs in the dining room. Exceptional service from the time a guest enters till they leave is the baseline of expectations.
Ensure a successful flow in the dining room by seating and controlling the front door.
Manage and communicate wait times during high volume periods.
The greeting and thanking of all our guests is expected at all times.
Show guests where the restrooms are located. Refer guests to the patio or bar service counter.
Proper and accurate communication to the guests, service staff and manager on duty must be prompt and concise. Communication with kitchen on the status of dining room either directly or through a manager is expected at all times.
Follow all opening and closing hostess duties.
Seek immediate solutions for any scenario that may disrupt operational flow
Facility maintenance and cleanliness in all service areas, restrooms and dining room.
Assist with take out orders and answering phones.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Comprehensive and complete knowledge of all menus
Educated on food allergies and dietary needs.
High attention to detail and proactive when given tasks and projects to complete. Educated on company info and can provide descriptions and well thought introductions of the concept and the bachi burger brand.
Food Handler’s Health Card
Training in Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent
Full-Time and/or Part-Time
Minimum wage (lower tier for NV), tip-pool distribution
