Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating, managing and overseeing front and back of house operations for Picnic, including related retail, special events, food and beverage and cabana services to ensure profitability and maintaining guest service standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for training, motivating, and supervising staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels and profitability of Picnic.
Establishes, implements, and monitors department objectives, standards, guidelines and other administrative processes.
Resolve customer concerns and issues beyond authority of staff to ensure guest satisfaction while operating within established guidelines.
Assist in coordinating with marketing and special events in order to ensure successful execution of poolside activities.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper controls are in place.
Take all necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment and make intelligent decisions regarding Picnic.
Responsible for monitoring and observing front and back of house operations on a daily basis.
Required to be flexible to the needs of the business and capable of performing in any role.
Ensure outlet adheres to strict health code guidelines to maintain an “A” status.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with superior customer service skills required.
Must have the ability to lead and supervise.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a minimum of five years of experience working in a pool, nightlife or related area, and three years of supervisory experience.
